Q. How accurate are displayed colours?

A.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A.  This will vary depending upon the products ordered due to various manufacturing times and multiple suppliers.

In stock: items are shipped within 24-48hrs. 

Pre Order: please see the individual product page, most items will require 2-6 weeks, depending upon the supplier.

Custom/Made to order: These products require additional time frames, the manufacturing periods vary from 2 to 12 weeks depending upon manufacturing lead times. 

Q. What is the difference between the BL1 and Original Eventing Boots?

A.  Both of the above boots are the same style/shape and offer the air cooling vent system. The difference is the BL1 is the most protective boot in the PEI Air-Cooled range. Offering an advanced 4 layer protection system. The outer is wholly made from microfiber leather, providing superior strength and durability, where as the Original are a 3 layer protection system, made from a combination of 2520D ballistic nylon and have microfiber leather protection on the impact area's.

Q. Ice boots or Cold water boots, which ones do I need? 

A.   The answer to this will depend upon your facilities and horses requirements.

• If you have a access to a freezer, You can keep Ice boots on hand which is great for unexpected injuries and regular day to day icing after hard work days.
• If you don't have a freezer, fear not, Cold Water boots are fantastic, just submerge them in some cold water and they are good to go! this makes them a great option to keep in the float for competition days.
• If you require full leg icing and have access to crushed ice then choose the 9 pocket ice boot, you can use a mug/cup to fill the pockets with crushed ice.
